Our Customer First Officer is responsible for driving a customer culture across all of the Council and has specific responsibility for implementing and then managing a corporate complaints system. This will include monitoring complaints, ensuring complaints are responded to, producing reports and statistical data with recommendations for improving services and advising and assisting with the training of staff on dealing with customers.
