With the exception of requests for assistance relating to insect and vermin (rats and mice), the best time to make personal contact with an allocated officer who is dealing with your concern is by telephoning between 9am. and 10.30 am. or 4.00 pm. and 5pm. Mondays to Fridays.

Once an officer has been assigned to you, you will be able to contact them by telephoning their direct line telephone number. If the officer concerned is not available, you may leave a message on the "voice mail" facility, or have your call redirected if your business is of an urgent nature.
