Dolphin Centre Opening Times

Monday to Thursday 7.15am to 10.30pm

Friday 7:15am to 9:00pm

Saturday 8.30am to 9:30pm

Sunday 8:30am to 9:00pm

Bank holidays 7:15am to 5:00pm

The Centre will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

The all new Dolphin Centre now boasts a fully air conditioned state of the art gym with over 50 stations to choose from. Cardiovascular to resistance plus a power plate to get you motivated, it really is a gym for all.
